What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, the service you choose, your preferred date and time and any notes. If you choose to tell us how you heard about us, we keep that too. We use these details only to contact you about your request and to provide the service.
How we use and share it
We do not sell your information. We may use service providers to host this website and to send and store quote requests. We also keep a note of which page, link or ad brought you to us (for example a Google search or a Facebook ad). It stays in your browser for 30 days and is saved with your quote request, so we can see what is working.
Cookies and website analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages, links and ads bring people to this website. It uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser.
Google receives your approximate location (worked out from your internet address), your device and browser type, the pages you view, and which buttons you tap, such as phone, email, directions and each step of the quote form. For a quote request it also receives the service you chose and its price before tax. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number, address or anything you type into a form.
We have turned off Google's advertising features for Analytics, so this data is not used to show you ads on other websites, and we have turned off the settings that let Google use it for its own products. Google may process this data on servers outside Canada. We keep it for 14 months.
To opt out, you can install Google's opt-out add-on for your browser at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies in your browser settings. The website works the same either way.
